We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you The Reel Family
Campground. The following policies are to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay with us. It is your obligation to read and observe these policies. If at any time you have any problems or questions, Please do not hesitate to contact the office. We want to help make your stay with us safe and relaxing.
Quiet hours are 11 PM to 8 AM. During this time there should be no loud talking, radios, TVs, or any other noise that may disturb other campers.

Check in and out for the RV sites is 11a.m – Later check in/out is subject to
site availability.
Extra cars must park in parking lots. Two lots are
available.
Speed limit is 5 mph
No bikes parked in walkways. No riding in camp after dark. Ride at a SAFE SPEED.
Trash should be placed in plastic bags and dropped into trash bin
Recycling bins are located next to the garbage bin. Separated
by cardboard and glass/metal/plastics.
NO dumping of Grey water or dishwater on the ground. Please use the dump station located by the Cabin
Children must be at their site by 10 PM after that accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Bikes – No bike riding through car gate at entrance. --Use walkway.
You are responsible for and agree to pay for any damage to any cabin, campers, or RV
sites, please clean them of trash upon leaving, there is a dumpster.
This is a privately owned property. The owners reserve the right to say what is
disorderly conduct and to deal with it accordingly. We reserve the right to
select our clientele and guests. Failure to comply with our rules is grounds for removal from the campground
with no refunds. Thanks for your cooperation. We want happy campers!
The following Rules and Policies have been established for the benefit of all of our
campers. To ensure the fun and safety of everyone in your group please have
everyone abide by the rules. Campers agree to abide by the campground rules upon occupancy
of a site or cabin.
Washing of vehicles/RV’s is prohibited.
NO smoking in Cabin or Club Campers that are rented
NO fire-arms of any kind or fireworks.
NO Generators in Hook up area
– except in the case of a power outage.
NO cutting or trimming of any trees. Any fallen wood is free.
Campfires are permitted in fire rings and designated fire pits only. NEVER leave a fire unattended. Do not move fire rings
Fires are not permitted around the cabin. A group fire pit is available.
Group gatherings with non-registered guests are prohibited at the cabins and campsites.
Visitor Policy
Cabins/Campsites may have up to 2 visitors daily at no charge. Visitors must obtain a
visitor pass at the main office and leave the facility by 10p.m.
If a visitor would like to use the campground facilities or stay overnight, they must then register as a guest in the main office.
Registered overnight guests may use all the campground facilities.

REFUNDS POLICY
Fourteen days prior to reservation, 100% refund Seven days prior to reservation. You may also apply your refund to another time
for full price. There is a processing fee equal to the amount of the first night plus a reservation fee for cancellations received 10 days or less prior to your arrival. For
HOLIDAY weekends there is a processing fee equal to Two (2) nights plus a reservation fee for cancellations received Fourteen (14) days or less prior to your arrival. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES OR WEATHER CONDITIONS.
All emergency cancellations requiring early departures may be given a credit at the park's discretion. These rules are subject to change
without notice.
You accept full responsibility for payment of all damages, materials, trash removal,
and labor costs after your departure, if necessary. The Reel Campground is hereby authorized to charge all fees incurred to the credit card for any and all damage
Pet Policy
PETS CAN NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME. This includes leaving them in a camper
or vehicle while you are out of the park, which will result in immediate
eviction. Initials _________ Pets must be kept on a 6 Ft. leash at all times,
kept quiet, and under control. Barking dogs will not be tolerated. Pets must be kept in your camper or tent at night. We reserve the right to limit the number of pets on any individual site. Any pet that appears to be vicious, unsafe, or unhealthy will be required to leave the park immediately. Pets are not allowed to be tied or chained to trees, site markers, water or electrical posts. Pet business must be cleaned up and disposed of immediately. Pets are not allowed to dig holes. Pets are not allowed in bathrooms, camp store,
or playground area at any time. No exotic pets allowed.
Pets are allowed on site, NOT inside cabin. RV and Tent Site are allowed one pet which must be
kept on a leash and NEVER left unattended. No aggressive dogs. Barking dogs will be asked to
leave. You must immediately clean up after your pet. All pets must be current on rabies
vaccinations. All pets on leash and walked with a scoop. They are not allowed to be left alone at site.
Please be considerate of others. Disorderly, ill-mannered conduct, drunkenness or profanity will NOT be tolerated
at any time. Parents are responsible for their children’s behavior at ALL times. All park occupants and guest must comply with all Federal, State and Local laws. we reserve the right to select our clientele and their guest. We may evict without prior notice anyone who creates a disturbance, nuisance or deliberately breaks any of the campground rules. NO repayment of fees will be made in the event if such an eviction is imposed.
YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE to rent a campsite and must occupy the site. Age verification may be required. If you
are reserving more than one campsite in your name, and/or on your credit card, you are responsible for paying all required deposits and remaining balances due. Site occupancy is a maximum of 4 Adults Only OR 2 Adults and 4 Children (under age 18).
Camping is permitted on DESIGNATED SITES ONLY. All campers are to keep their site clean of bottles, cans, papers, garbage, etc. Do not use fire pits for burning or dumping your trash. Use the trash dumpster located next to the park entrance.
NO FIREWOOD allowed to be brought into the park, due to the threat of invasive species that threaten all of our forested areas.
LEAVE YOUR CAMPFIRE WOOD AT HOME. We love our forest and would like to keep it healthy and alive for all of our campers to
enjoy.
Campfires are permitted in fire rings only, bonfires are not permitted. NO BURNING OF BUILDING MATERIALS OR SCRAP LUMBER
ALLOWED, you will be evicted without refund. NO REMOVAL, CLEANING, OR RELOCATING OF FIRE RINGS. The cutting,
removal, or defacing of any trees or branches, live or dead, on park or private property is prohibited. All violators will be fined and/or
prosecuted. There is a $100.00 fine per tree, per violation. All woods surrounding designated campground sites are private property, and must be treated as such. Misuse of any campground or surrounding private property will not be tolerated. Firewood and hotdog sticks may be purchased at The Reel Inn.
All vehicles must display a car pass at all times while in the park. Only 2 vehicles will be allowed to an individual
site. Additional vehicles will be charged $5.00 per vehicle and park in designated visitor parking areas only.
NO parking on empty campsites, driveways, or open areas. No vehicle repair or washing allowed in park.
CAMPGROUND SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH. Reckless use of vehicles is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction.
QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 11 P.M. UNTIL 8 A.M. DISORDERLY CONDUCT, DRUNKENNESS, UNDER AGE DRINKING,
DRUG USE, OBSCENE LANGUAGE, OR RECKLESSNESS will not be tolerated and will result in
immediate eviction, without refund. Please keep TV and radio volumes turned down at all times. No use of Subwoofers.
Use of firearms, slingshots, and fireworks, is strictly prohibited.
Health Department regulations
require ALL WASTE WATER MUST BE COLLECTED IN A CLOSED CONTAINER. (This includes dish water) NO grey/black water allowed to be discharged on the ground at any time. Waste water containers can be emptied at the dump station. Washing of clothes or dishes in service building, sinks, showers, or potable water stand locations is prohibited. SMOKING is not allowed in any building.
Daytime VISITOR HOURS are between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. You are required to register all of your visitors in the campground office immediately upon their arrival, and pay the required visitor fees. All visitors must park in designated
visitor parking areas only. We reserve the right to limit the number of visitors on a site and their activities, while visiting. Visitors found in the park who are not registered are trespassers and will be treated as such.
CHILDREN 6 YEARS OF AGE AND YOUNGER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.
Children must be instructed not to play in or around the bathrooms, campground store and with potable water
locations. All children including teenagers must stay on their site after 11 p.m. unless accompanied by an adult.
All playground facilities close at 11 p.m.
BICYCLE RIDING allowed in the park on driveways only. No bicycle riding in, on, or around restrooms, pavilion,
service buildings, walk ways, through any campsites, occupied or unoccupied. No bike riding after dusk.
Mini bikes, dirt bikes, 3 or 4 wheel ATV’s are not to be ridden inside the park, but are allowed to
be used for transportation into or out of the campground only. Golf cart use allowed only with park management permission. All drivers
must have a valid drivers license.
ATTENTION:
By renting and agreeing under the rules of this establishment you and all persons in your
party/group agree to, have read, and fully understand that failure to abide by these rules by yourself or
any member of your party/group can result in eviction, without refund. You accept full responsibility for payment of all
